Summary
I worked as a certified nursing assistant from 2010-2018. I started working at Stellar in 2018 as a production assembler, I worked in that position a little over a year. I then transferred into a shipping and receiving position. After 6 months of being in the role I was asked to step up and become a Supervisor. I have been a supervisor for the crane assembly and shipping/receiving department now for 4 years. I have learned many new and different skills in this role. Every day there are new challenges which gives me the opportunity to learn. I love learning new skills and have learned quickly in previous roles.

- Been a supervisor for 4 years.
- Work daily with Epicor(our computer system for inventory), Outlook, Excel and Word.
- In the shipping/receiving department I oversee shipments going out and deliveries coming in working thru any issues; creating/printing BOL's for whole good shipments, covering employees during absences, work with other departments to make sure we have all the parts to ship orders complete.
- Certified forklift driver. I train new employees on the forklift also.
- As the crane assembly supervisor role I help to identify and track missing parts, plan weekly goals, work with other departments daily to ensure weekly goals are able to be met, printing weekly paperwork for cranes to be built.
