In my role as a Stow Associate at Amazon (Hou3), I gained extensive cross-departmental training and exposure to fast-paced, high-pressure environments, significantly enhancing my adaptability and problem-solving abilities. This experience has sharpened my ability to navigate complex situations and optimize workflow efficiency.Adept at leading teams, improving safety protocols, and delivering high-quality service under pressure. Currently certified in EMT-BLS and CPR, with hands-on clinical training from Westlake Fire Department. Experienced in Amazon operations, having contributed to safety team initiatives as a member of the safety department, process optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration. Holds a Business Administration degree from UGMA University in Venezuela equipped me with essential skills in leadership, ethical decision-making, multitasking, and people management skills that I consistently apply in my professional roles. As a former professional soccer player in Venezuela, I developed strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of injury prevention, body mechanics, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. I am currently preparing for the NREMT exam to obtain my state certification, with the goal of continuing my education in paramedic school.
