- Provide tier-two level support for all the technology that is deployed within my area of responsibility. Some of the technology includes but not limited to Tritech CAD system, Visinet Mobility, paging system, InMotion gateway etc.
- Monitors and tune system to achieve optimum performance levels. Responsible for ensuring data integrity by evaluating, implementing and programming and/or managing appropriate software and hardware solutions.
- Implementation of software upgrades, including firmware revisions, operating systems, production software upgrades and enhancements as required.
- Work closely with GMR IT, operations management, field staff and vendors to provide overall system support and new deployments as required for proper system operations.
- Coordinate and conduct end user training sessions as needed.
