I attended and graduated from North County High School. I was extremely active throughout my entire life, started cheerleading and playing softball when I was 5, and continued through adulthood. I was a member of the varsity cheer squad all 4 years and played 2nd base/left field for the JV girls softball team for 2 years. The subjects that I thoroughly enjoyed revolved around Health. As a part of the Volunteer Fire Company in Arbutus, I started out obtaining certifications in CPR/AED, Hazmat, and Bloodborne Pathogens, then from there I took a 10 credit Emergency Medical Technician course at AACC. I passed the class on the Dean’s list; however life events have led me to a career change. Currently, I am focusing on obtaining my security plus certification in order to assist me in the pursuit of a position as a federal government contractor. Reevaluating my need for a new career path has led me to gain interest an employment with the federal government. I do believe that my experience working with inventory control, customer service, forecasting for materials paired with my ability to adapt in various settings will serve me well in any role.
I am CPR/AED certified as of March 2021 to current. NREMT certification as of right now pending. Currently studying for my Security plus certification.
