Today I work as a hairstylist for Great Clips again, I enjoy working in the fast paced environment where i can interact with members of the public and communicate with them confidently. The variety in cliental and their needs always keeps my job interesting.

• Working at Beauty Brands, I was always communicating with my clients and ensuring their satisfaction. It was my responsibility to maintain and take care of my clients and their needs. In the beauty concierge position I was responsible for organizing appointments for other stylists as well as handling sales and marketing.

• Working as a hairstylist at Great Clips was an amazing learning opportunity. It was a small, busy salon, so learning how to efficiently handle clients while preforming other facets of my job was essential. Working with everyone from young infants to those about to celebrate their 92nd birthday is an experience I am very thankful for.

• While working at Subway to save up for my first car, I trained new employees, oversaw cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation at all times, and resolved customer complaints and issues and offered thoughtful solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Working at Kansas City Ice Center I learned everything from regular cook duties to being trained as an athletic coach. I learned how to maintain classes of toddlers, teens, and adults and safely teach them the fundamentals of ice skating.
