Established free cash flow forecast of Airbnb company via Excel. First based upon the prediction of the future operational P&L to come up with Airbnb's EBIT in 10 years, then using various predicted growth rates to arrive at the values for the future depreciation/ capital expenditures etc. and the associated taxes. With the help of the functions and formulas in Excel, I finally developed models for the future cash flow of the company and the associated discounted present value in various prediction methods. In the ending of the project, I was able to give the predicted stock price for the company and comparing it with the current prices.
