• Company Overview: High volume manufacturer of HDPE & PP Containers Husky and Krauss Maffei injection molding machines through scientific injection molding process with Maguire Color Feeder and Conair Material Blender.
• Supplied bottles & preforms to customer base within beverage and Chemical industries in United States and Canada
• Performed Root cause analysis and worked on all issues and as a result reduced customer complaints by 32% for year.
• Worked with plant team to reduce scrap from 4.2% to under 2.5% with net PPM under 100 - 5 Sigma level

• Successfully Completed All process technician technical 30 day, 60 day and 90 day training to ensure proper cross training as well as proper operation of each machine and mold.

Process Engineer

• Performed 96/72/48 Cavities Molds Trials with internal as well as external trial at Husky as well as other Logoplast facilities.
• Performed Cross trained for process technical and machine operator for basic, advance process training to inspect the process and basic mold water pressure, temperature, flow and their delta through proper documentations.
• Developed 30 day, 60 day, 90 day trainings documents for production team for gaining machine start up, shut down, basic process change and advance process change.
• To effectively perform process change and quality task throughout the plant for ensuring good product and defect free products.
• Develop and Document separate process for all molds and enforce proper loading of program during mold change.
• Worked with purchasing & suppliers (domestic/overseas) to improve quality of purchased components and easily availability of parts.
• Identified and addressed improvement opportunities with customers on prints/inspections criteria & resin specs
• Refined RMA, Corrective/Improvement action system to extract meaningful data by performing root cause anyalsis.
