Highly motivated line cook with 15 years of experience in food preparation. Known for exceptional time management and attention to detail, consistently enhancing kitchen efficiency and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. All in all a good , great exsperience ,most of the time. From seaside oregon, to the big island of Hawaii, and back, to Fairbanks alaska for a year, there were other jobs in between, but these are the 3 jobs where i learned the most .I also value the many people ive meant in this industry. Good and bad mostly good. to value a persons strong abilities to the fullest and nuture the ones that need some positive help. Which is truly the way i feel i have been treated over the years.Theres alot to say about being on either end of the word patience! I hope you take the time to look at my resume and see if i am a good fit for your restauraunt
both morning and night shift. prep for morning line make sure station is and ready for a always busy day(300)tickets a day. Salads ,fryer ,flat top expo , sets ,etc. When your not doing your station your are helping with another. Learned alot in a short amount of time, it was a very valuable experience and wouldn't have traded it for anything. But back to Oregon to be near family. Its more than o.k to call the people listed above for more insight into my performance. Have been a linecook for 15 years with as much prep exsperience . But nothing was more eye opening than brewsters! Donny Davis #907 987 0349
