  • 1991-2008: Volunteered in Robbinsdale Area Schools on district level committees (i.e., Interschool Council, Systems Accountability Committee), parent organization officer, co-founder of academic-based volunteer programs at elementary and high school levels, managed a remedial literacy program using a trained volunteer corps at elementary-high school levels, vision and hearing screening volunteer, developed a writing program for advanced students in 3-5th grade at Sonnesyn Elementary, literacy tutor and ESL tutor K-12
