Oversee Texas Vaccine for Children (TVFC) and Adult Safety Net (ASN) vaccine ordering, tracking, and all customer service-related needs.

• Handle communication with providers by conducting outreach and fielding incoming calls and emails.
• Review training materials to ensure quality and
  consistent information is delivered to immunization providers.
• Conduct provider outreach regarding data quality and shipments.
• Provide information and training to providers on accurately reporting and complying with program requirements via email or teleconference.
• Evaluate data and assess provider performance on reporting requirements.
• Help oversee and facilitate provider vaccine transfers for the Immunization Unit, including educating providers on how to initiate requests through the state ordering system.

Perform administrative duties in support of immunization information system team federal and state activities

• Assisted with immunization data quality efforts as required by the CDC and DSHS.
• Prepared records for record retention and/or scanning to digital archives.
• Provide support to health program specialists conditioning quality improvement assessments to at least 60 organizations, communicated with organizations' points of contact and established QIA appointments.
• Enter or validate Immtrac2 consents submitted to immunization program from various sources.
• Worked on Hep B Ped vaccine surveillance for birthing hospitals in San Antonio to help improve reporting data to Immtrac2. As well as trained providers on proper reporting procedures.
• Compile statistical data on hospital vaccination reporting and work with TVFC to boost vaccination reporting.
• Managed confidential documents, safeguarding company information while maintaining strict adherence to privacy protocols.

Perform effective customer service including being the initial point of interaction with families.

• · Working with families to help them complete their registration and Center documents.
• · Enter child and family information into the various systems including COPA and ARIES. Prepares routine reports and correspondence with various Microsoft applications.
• · Review, scan and save documents to complete registration. Including, but not limited to, income worksheets, tuition agreements, and forms.
• · Actively engage and promote Pre-K 4 SA with potential families and communities and attend community events representing Pre-K 4 SA.
