Jimmy Eifling

I have been in my current position since April of 2015. I am the assistant manager at my two locations of Jackson, TN and Huntsville, AL. I have also worked at 23 other locations in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, Kentucky and Tennessee.

My job is to assist the Area Manager and also cover in his absence. I run routes, work in the warehouse, assist with inventories, load trucks, lead team meetings, unload semi's, fuel trucks, reconcile deposits, resolve customer issues and help motivate people to succeed. Pretty much, i need to be a jack of all trades and be a master of all of them.

I am no stranger to long hours and unexpected changes to a work day. I rarely have a day where everything goes as planned, so i have to be quick to make decisions and change direction when needed.

Before i was promoted, i ran routes in Mississippi and Arkansas. I focused on sales and customer service. I was always either the sales champion or in the top three, each year, from 1997 to 2012 in Mississippi.
