Jinfu has successfully represented many death penalty appeal cases in China, including the case of Man Chen in Hainan and the case of Zhehong Jin in Jilin, both of whom were acquitted.
The Man Chen case is the name given to a murder and arson case that occurred in Haikou City, Hainan Province on the evening of December 25, 1992. It was also an unjust case. On the night of December 25, 1992, 46-year-old property management officer Zuokuan Zhong was killed at No. 109, Shangpoxia Village, Haikou, Hainan. The police identified Man Chen as the murderer and arrested him. On November 22, 1994, the Haikou Intermediate People's Court sentenced Man Chen to a suspended death sentence in the first instance. After the first instance, Man Chen insisted that he had been wronged and has been appealing to his family. On April 15, 1999, the Hainan Provincial Higher People's Court made a final ruling to uphold the original judgment of the case. On November 20, 2013, lawyers Lei Wu, Wanqiong Wang, Jiangang Chen and others launched the "'Save the Innocents' Innocence Action" in Chengdu. The Man Chen case was the first case to receive attention and the first case since the establishment of this action. On April 14, 2014, Man Chen entrusted an attorney to file a complaint with the Supreme People's Procuratorate. On February 1, 2016, the Zhejiang Provincial Higher People's Court acquitted Man Chen at Meilan Prison in Haikou City. Due to the huge impact of this case, the case has been included in the 2015 work report of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
Jinfu Yue participated in the appeal work of this case as a volunteer lawyer for the "Save the Innocents" cleansing action.
Zhehong Jin, male, born in 1968. Zhehong Jin was identified as the murderer of a murder case in 1995 and was sentenced to death with a reprieve. He has been detained for 23 years. Jinfu Yue,as a volunteer lawyer of the "Save the Innocents Action", participated in Zhehong's death penalty appeal, and visited Zhehong Jin in Changchun Prison, Jilin Province many times, and interviewed and collected evidence at Zhehong's hometown and the scene of the crime. On May 8, 2018, the Jilin Provincial High Court decided to re-examine Zhehong's intentional homicide case and served Zhehong Jin with a retrial decision. At 9 am on October 24, the retrial of Zhehong's case was heard in the Jilin High Court. On November 30, the Jilin Provincial High Court re-examined the original defendant Zhehong's intentional homicide case and pronounced a verdict: it was determined that the facts of Zhehong's intentional homicide were unclear and the evidence was insufficient, and it was decided to revoke the original judgment and sentence Zhehong Jin not guilty. On June 3, 2019, Zhehong Jin applied to the Jilin Provincial High Court for 21,322,194.64 yuan in state compensation. On September 6, Zhehong Jin received a record high of 4.68 million yuan in state compensation.
In addition, Jinfu has also represented human rights cases such as the Shandong Cao County teaching case, Shandong vaccine case.
On June 25, 2014, the Cao County government in Heze City, Shandong Province, dispatched special police to arrest 22 Christians, including pregnant women and children, who were practicing "singing" on the charge of "using a cult organization to undermine the implementation of the law." Twelve of them were criminally detained. On July 23 of the same year, the authorities released 10 people on the grounds of "bail pending trial." Weiliang Zhao and Hongpeng Cheng were arrested a week later and sentenced to four and three years in prison respectively. Jinfu Yue served as a defense lawyer for Tingyu Zhang, who was acquitted and released.
The Shandong vaccine case, also known as the 2016 China vaccine incident, refers to a public safety incident that broke out in 2016. It involved problematic vaccines in 18 provinces and cities of the People's Republic of China, with a total amount of 570 million yuan involved. The main operators and transporters had supplied a large number of invalid or expired vaccines in the previous six years, affecting 18 provinces and cities in China, including Hubei, Anhui, Guangdong, Henan, and Sichuan. It was extremely harmful to society and was listed as a supervised case by the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China and the State Food and Drug Administration. It was also selected as one of the top ten typical cases of the Ministry of Public Security's crackdown on food and drug crimes in 2015, which attracted the attention of the World Health Organization.
As one of the lawyers who provided legal support for victims of fake vaccines, Jinfu Yue provided a lot of legal assistance to the families of vaccine victims despite the pressure from the Shandong Provincial Public Security Department and the Shandong Provincial Justice Department. Jinfu Yue, together with other lawyers, wrote a letter to then-Premier Keqiang Li, requesting a thorough investigation of the case and promoting vaccine legislation.
On March 28, 2016, the State Council approved the organization of a joint investigation team of departments on a series of cases of illegal vaccine sales in Jinan, Shandong. The State Council also set up a work supervision team to supervise and guide the investigation throughout the process and release the investigation results in a timely manner. As of April 13, Premier Keqiang Li presided over an executive meeting to listen to the report on the investigation and handling of a series of cases of illegal vaccine sales in Jinan, Shandong, and announced that the first phase of the investigation and handling work was basically completed. 192 criminal cases have been filed in various places and 202 people have been criminally detained. According to the facts that have been ascertained, the meeting decided to hold the relevant responsible persons of the State Food and Drug Administration, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, and 17 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) including Shandong accountable in accordance with the law and discipline, and the relevant parties first dismissed and demoted 357 public officials; and decided to include all voluntary second-class vaccines in the centralized procurement of provincial public resource trading platforms in accordance with the first-class vaccines used in the national immunization program, and no longer allow pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises to operate vaccines, and resolutely stop illegal operations such as "hanging tickets" by borrowing qualifications and bills.
On March 19, 2017, the Supreme People's Procuratorate disclosed in its work report that after the illegal vaccine business case of Pang Mouwei and others was exposed, the procuratorates in Shandong, Henan, Hebei and other places approved the arrest of 355 people, prosecuted 291 people, and filed cases to investigate and punish 174 people for duty crimes such as dereliction of duty. As of March 26, 2018, among the relevant judgment documents that have been made public on the China Judgment Documents Network, the cases related to this case involved 18 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China, and a total of 91 criminal judgments on related cases. 137 people were sentenced for five crimes including illegal business, abuse of power, destruction and falsification of evidence, embezzlement, and intentional disclosure of state secrets, including 64 state public officials (workers).

More than 80 insurance practitioners participated in the training every morning. The company became the first foreign-funded insurance agency in Dongying, with a monthly insurance premium of 500,000 yuan. To this day, Yanhuang Fushou Insurance Agency still maintains a leading position in the fierce market competition. While serving as a marketing training manager, Jinfu established the Kenli branch and built his own marketing team of more than 30 people, with monthly premiums reaching RMB 100,000.
For a long time, Jinfu, as the chief editor of the Yue family genealogy in Shandong Province, visited more than 80 towns, more than 120 villages, and more than 900 people. He wrote more than 10,000 pages of text materials and contributed to the compilation of the "Zhonghua Yue Family Genealogy".
In the process of education and teaching, Jinfu focused on student development, was innovative, and had outstanding teaching results.
