  • Jeremy led with exceptional proficiency, overseeing 7 sections in 3 syllabus rewrites that drove 3.7k training sorties, producing 5.6k hours, 207 certifications & 53 qualifications despite an 11% manning decrease. He oversaw 6.1k combat hours, enabling vital ISR & the use of a new low collateral weapon TTP that neutralized the POTUS's #1 target.
  • Facilitated personnel moves for 10 Airmen in key development positions at the group and wing, culminating in 2 SrA Below-the-Zone selections, the group's Squadron OTQ, and 6 wing-level awards. Additionally, he selected 2 SrA and 1 TSgt to represent the Air Force following a 10-year resurgence of enlisted LNO TDY’s, resulting in 2 EFDP statements.
  • Directed 3 sections and 4 Flight Chiefs on the 1U Career Field Education and Training Plan to decrease the candidacy timeline between the 550-hour milestone and instructor upgrade. He led aircrew development and training progression by decreasing the nomination gap 200 flight hours, increasing instructor cadres and return on investment by 1 year.
  • Led revamp of squadron combat hours, sorties, and training tracking processes, preserving 1.8k work-hours per year, saving $575 in office supplies annually, and decreasing 1C0 manning requirement to 1 per shift. He choreographed 4 teams in the execution of the CSAF’s AFFORGEN vision, entering the squadron's first ever internal reconstitution cycle.
