• Assisted guests with checkout, returns, and Drive Up orders. I Processed transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy to maintain operational efficiency work in the front end communicating with guests all day welcoming them as well as ensuring a positive shopping experience.

I am currently enrolled in nursing school. I complete clinical rotations twice a week in long-term care and nursing home facilities, where I work alongside registered nurses and CNAs to provide patient-centered care. During my clinicals, I have gained hands-on experience with nursing procedures such as catheter care, catheter flushing, wound care. vital signs, blood glucose and many other fundamental nursing skills while shadowing nurses during medication passes and daily patient care. I also assist CNAs with activities of daily living, including feeding residents, providing bed baths, changing and repositioning patients, and ensuring their comfort and dignity. One of the most rewarding parts of my clinical experience has been building relationships with residents. I enjoy spending time talking with them, providing companionship, and encouraging social interaction, which has strengthened my passion for making a positive difference in others lives.

• During my internship at Soto Chiropractic, I gained valuable hands-on experience in patient care, clinical procedures, and office administration. I assisted with preparing treatment rooms, sanitized after the patients left, as well as filling patient information and supporting the chiropractor during treatments. Always communicating with the patients and making sure their needs were being met. I consistently pursued opportunities to learn more about chiropractic care and medical office operations, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to help wherever needed. My time at Soto Chiropractic strengthened my communication, organizational, and patient care skills, and deepened my passion for healthcare.
