  • In 2019, I was contracted by a company called New Home Star to be the Sales Director for Inspired Homes, managing all company sales and leading a sales team. In 2024, Inspired Homes hired me directly to be their VP of Sales & Marketing.
  • At Inspired Homes, I currently manage all company sales (89 closings in 2024) and lead a team of 8 including a Sales Director, Marketing Manager and salespeople.
  • Responsible for all hiring, training, mentorship, Grand Openings, backlog management, market research, budgeting, payroll, reporting, sales goals, systems & processes etc.
  • Increased company growth through collaboration with sales and marketing departments. Record sales in 2024 with 20% growth from previous year.
  • Established and directed successful programs focused on customer service, sales process and design appointments.

Pickleball, Exercise and Healthy Living

I like to do something active everyday!  I enjoy being outside, even in cold temps and moving.  I enjoy visiting family in Canada, MN and AZ along with spending time with friends here in KC.  I'm a hockey fan and also love to travel.
