Accomplishments

I took over store 5914 as a new store manager and took the commercial program from a $1,400 a week program to a $4,000 week program.

Three years later I went to run store 6080 which under poor previous management began to fail. I was able to successfully build a strong team and bring up both the Commercial and D.I.Y programs.

A year and a half later I was given the opportunity to run 1487. This store was my biggest challenge but I was able to build a team, identify and eliminate the people responsible for internal theft and eventfully this store and the team helped me received the honor of being a selected member of Autozone's president club.
