• Implementation of Field Service Cloud Applications: ShiftExpert, FieldExpert, and StreetSmart using agile methodology.
• Analyze current business processes including payroll, invoices, work orders, and reporting to design / architect, develop, and implement product solutions including for new and existing customers.
• Define and document project scope, goals, deliverables, and business requirements that support client’s business goals and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Direct, manage, design, and configure software implementation projects from beginning to end while tracking key milestones and deliverables (user stories).
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders including wireless carriers, integration partners and other third-party vendors to ensure visibility to project status, expectations and issues.
• Transition clients to Account Managers and/or Customer Support after project completion, by providing reporting and a strategic plan for retention.
• Cross-functionally work with marketing, products, and engineering teams across multiple offices to develop product enhancements, best practices, and address application performance issues.
