  • As HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING, I was responsible for 4-5 housekeepers. I like to encourage the housekeeping staff to work together as a team. When we do so, tasks get accomplished more efficiently & in a more timely manner.
  • It was my responsibility to get the Housekeeping list from the front desk. Then assign each housekeeper with their room list for the day.
  • I inspected each of those rooms for quality & cleanliness. Also to record any Maintenance needs.
  • I was approached often by our extended stay guests offering their gratitude for the "Tight Ship" that I run. Which was always nice to hear.
