Oversee all OSP activity within 122 local exchange boundaries in cental and eastern NYS.

Manage 9 engineers as well as multiple engineering contractor companies activity.

Responsible for managing all CLEC activity in NYS.

Heavily active in all joint pole discussions and activities with power companies throughout all NYS exchanges.

Also act as Construction Manager for 44 of 122 exchange boundaries. This includes scheduling of both BAU and FTTH construction activities.

Responsible for all OSP activity in assigned exchanges. Worked closely with Operations and Construction to solve and correct and maintenance issues as well as provide new service opportunities. Field investigated, designed, budgeted and created construction work prints for all capital projects.

Provided various residential remodeling and maintenance services.

Oversaw various commercial construction projects. Estimated costs, provided quote and oversaw construction activity. Customers included chemical plants, pulp and paper factories, wastewater treatment facilities and hydro power stations.
