During these 5 years we have had 6 very successful new store openings all locations averaging over 2 million per location still today.
The 64 locations average 1.2 million per location and over the last 5 years we have grown our franchise score card from a 2.8 to a 3.8 while continuing to grow profits as well.
Was acquired in 2016 by Zak family foods, this was a awesome time and learned so much from this experience on how to take care of people and how that impacts your business health. We went from 6 locations to 32 locations and Sales where positive double digits each year I was there along with strong profits. Corp score card was a 4.2 and our franchise was the youngest ever to win the corporate franchise of the year award. Store averaged 1.1 million with a 10% ebitda during this time.
Worked my way from assistant manager to area coach and was in charge of between 6 and 17 locations during my time as an area coach, grew sales and profits year over year, every year as an area coach and developed several area coaches along the way 3 of which are still with me today. Stores average volume was 1.1 million and 15% ebitda.
