2. Assisting customers over phone/email/walk ins.

• Help determine rental needs (Quoting/Credit Applications)
• Submitting service calls for machines from customers call-ins

3. Assisting sales reps with rental orders phone/email.

• Giving feasible expectations for delivery
• Assisting with service calls from customers
• Providing quick alternative solutions for equipment that is not available/out of territory

4. Dispatching Haul Trucks

• Assigning proper trucks for equipment based on weight & size, available trucking, job site restriction and cost effectiveness.

1) Creating inside sales registers for will call or for delivery

2) Learning products from major manufactures : Square D, Raco, Levington, Bridgeport, Lithonia, Lutron, NSI, Milbank

3) Quoting and Assisting customers in creating a quick estimate cost of material.
