  • Facilities Architect / Project Manager responsible for coordinating all design and construction projects. Prepared programming data and space analysis for all design projects. As Facilities Project Manager / Architect, I was responsible for managing the Design and Construction of a $75M Expansion and Renovation Campaign. Duties included interfacing and coordinating design and construction activities among all design and construction disciplines including management of project budgets and schedules. Also, responsible for design and project implementation (from initial planning through commissioning), including managing of client relationships, consultants’ services, construction administration and medical / non-medical equipment.
  • Along with Project Manager Duties, I was appointed the Director of Special Services in February of 2001, responsible for managing the Security Department, Communications Department, Employee Identification Program and Ambulance Service Contracts. Served as the Facilities Disaster Preparedness Coordinator responsible for ensuring and educating staff of pending emergency preparedness measures (e.g., Hurricane Preparedness, External Disasters, Bomb Threats, etc.). I was also appointed Hospital Safety Officer responsible for ensuring Hazard Surveillance rounds were accomplished timely and that all medical device occurrences were properly documented and filed with regulatory agencies.
