Volunteer work as a program leader for the Peer-to-Peer education course. This course is designed for adults who have lived with a mental health condition and wish to learn more skills for further their recovery. Each of the courses over an eight week period of time discuss a variety of topics ranging from mindfulness, treatment goals, communication skills, and coping skills.
