As a Dock Representative you will work on the docks as a coordinator between ship sales staff and TEMSCO base. A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is required for this position – training to obtain a CDL can be provided for qualifying applicants. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Welcoming and gathering cruise ship guests and collecting necessary guest information in a professional and engaging manner
• Maintaining strict timelines for tour operations
• Effectively communicating with TEMSCO management team and ship agents to ensure booking accuracy and seat capacity
• Keeping accurate record of daily passenger counts with ships and management
• Safely transporting guests to and from the pickup locations on the docks, and following all laws and company driving rules
• Assisting passengers loading and unloading from helicopters

• A safe driver 21 or older (age requirement to obtain a CDL)
