I processed claims for multiple different insurance areas and different states. I would have guidelines to follow for each different insurance I would work. I would add the claims into the designated systems and put all information of claims into the system. When I would key claims into the system if something isn't correct I would get suspensions and I would have to bring them up in the guidelines to tell me what I am to do with each and every suspensions you might receive on every claim. I have processed claims for the last 22 years with different departments within the company I worked.
