- Supported day-to-day IT needs for the Midwest region: Imaging and replacing user computers, printer hardware and network support, inventory/Warehouse upkeep.
- Took part in Win11, docking stations, monitor and user computer upgrade projects for all Midwest mine sites.
- Took part in the Cisco Desktop phone upgrade project for all Midwest mine sites.
- Took part in the initial wave of cellphone upgrades for Wild Boar and Bear Run mine, then helped with the majority of Verizon cellphone upgrades for all Midwest mines.
- Configured and installed multiple Ubiquiti PTP radios, Moxa and Cisco Switches across all of the Midwest sites for networking.
