The Busser responsibilities are providing a clean and pleasant dining experience by clearing, sanitizing or resetting tables. To ensure that the restaurant is well stocked with necessary items such as silverware, plates, napkins, and cups of water glasses, always helping the server and the rest of the team when needed.
A Busser position works along with kitchen and waitstaff to keep the tables clean and ready for the next customers. Other busser responsibilities include: Clearing plates, polishing or restocking glasses at each station and through the dinning area, napkins and clearing used silverware from tables. After every table crumb and re set tables for the next customers.
