We are a Troon managed, HOA owned, semi-private facility with 27 holes and a fully operational restaurant. The club was losing money and hired Troon to take over management. Troon hired me to help turn things around .We went from $1.6million in revenue with a loss in 2020 to $3.4 million in revenue and a surplus in 2024. We turned it around by creating a cohesive team environment along with an aggressive social calendar and marketing plan.

• Developed and implemented a comprehensive golf instruction program.
