During my clinical rotations, I gained hands-on experience collaborating with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams across various settings. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, I assisted with patient assessments, monitored vital signs, supported daily care activities, and administered medications through multiple routes under supervision. I actively participated in patient education focused on illness management, treatment adherence, and preventive strategies to reduce complications. My rotation in the Trauma Unit further strengthened my clinical judgment, confidence, and technical skills while reinforcing my commitment to providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care. These experiences have provided me with a strong foundation as a new graduate nurse.
