• Goin Band from Raiderland, 08/01/20, 08/31/24, The Goin Band from Raiderland is the marching band for Texas Tech University. As a member of the Goin Band from Raiderland, you are expected to play your music in time and with a great sound as well as marching in time and marching correctly. The Goin Band is one of the few college bands that will travel with their team to out of state games.
• The Claudia Taylor Highschool Marching Band, 08/01/16, 03/31/20, The Claudia Taylor Johnson Highschool Marching Band is a very prestigious and award-winning marching band. Over the course of my four years there, the CTJ band won numerous awards, including a first place record in 2017 with the show, 'Forest Through the Trees', and two Grand Nationals trips in 2016 and 2019. Members of the CTJ band were held to the highest standards because in the words of Band Director Jarett Lipman, 'These kids are amazing. If you hold them to high standards then no matter what they will meet them, because that's just who they are.'
