Multiple tours of duty in Executive Management positions that included responsibility for setting strategic direction, resource allocation and HR management. Risk and Crisis Management: Expertise in risk identification and mitigation developed over decades of running complex, high-risk clandestine operations for the purpose of intelligence collection or disruption of U.S. adversary activities. This included careful crisis contingency planning and execution to deal with setbacks that could threaten USG global equities and lives.
Project Management: Senior Executive roles tasked with creating and managing complex global programs against adversary cyber and WMD programs. Responsibilities included hiring personnel to deal with an increased operational tempo, management of multi-million dollar budgets, and coordination with other senior members of the USG.
