When I was working at Sam's Club, I was a Freezer/Cooler Associate. I helped maintain the quality and safety of perishable products by organizing and rotating stock in cold storage areas, ensuring everything is stored at proper temperatures. This included unloading deliveries, stocking shelves efficiently, and keeping the freezer and cooler areas clean and organized. I also assisted members with locating items and made sure products were fresh and well-presented. Working in a cold environment required attention to detail, time management, and physical endurance, all of which I handled with a strong work ethic, a focus on safety, and teamwork.
As a kitchen crew member at Raising Cane’s, I was responsible for preparing and cooking fresh chicken finger meals, while following food safety and cleanliness standards. My tasks included battering, breading, frying, and assembling orders quickly and accurately. I worked closely with my team in a fast-paced environment to ensure everything ran smoothly in the kitchen. I took pride in delivering quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
As a cart pusher at Food Town, I was responsible for collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and returning them to the store’s designated areas. I ensured the cart corrals were clear and organized, helped maintain a clean and safe parking lot, and assisted customers when needed. I worked in various weather conditions, and stayed alert to ensure customer safety and a smooth shopping experience. I also communicated with store staff to support overall store operations when needed.
