John Hoff

I have been marching and fighting for equal rights for all since 1968.

In 2018 I worked as a door to door canvasing Democrat's for there vote.

2019 I was voted in as a precinct Chair, working with people in my area to make sure they where registered to vote.

2020 I made thousands of phone calls to get out the vote.

For that I was named a volunteer of the year for the state of Minnesota .

2021 I was elected to the Clay County Board as a director.

2022 I have worked for five months developing a strategy that when used will expose the Republicans for what they actually stand for. this will give us the best chance to keep them from taking over the house and Senate.

Between 1999 and 22002 I worked several jobs to the pay the bills. I could not find a position in the Banking and Investment Industries because of my age and the fact that both Industries where going through major layoffs.

At that point I needed a job so I went to work for Schwa selling frozen foods to its customers.

On May 25 th 2005 I was getting product out of the truck. I was struct by a passenger van. the nerves in my back and neck where permanently damaged. I also had a hip replacement and after many years of work I am now walking over 3 miles a day and working out with light weights.

• Developed and executed strategic initiatives to implement key changes and improvements in business development and sales programs.
• Delivered over 200 speeches to our banks across the midwest.
• Delivered high-quality marketing materials to Sales Reps through their computers.

• Built the first Bank owned Investment Firm in the Midwest.
• Initiated aggressive hiring push and training of industry-renowned candidates as department managers to drive organizational improvements.
• Monitored use of best practices at levels and implemented corrective actions to keep Sales staff into compliance.
• Served as advocate and ambassador for organization by fully engaging, identifying and securing resources and partnerships to advance mission.
