- Cross trained initially for front of house and the salad station where I prepared salads and cold sandwiches at a fast-paced rate with modifications being called to me from the line.
- Then learned how to efficiently work both sides of the line, which entails cutting bread, grilling chicken, preparing soups, etc. all to order.
- I’m responsible for handling all of the salad preparation including homemade dressings, chicken salad, croutons, etc.
