I want to work for someone who appreciates my hard work and dedication. I want to help a company grow and excel and be the best that they can be along with its employees. I give 110% every day along with a smile and kindness in hopes that the rest will follow. I wouldn’t ask anyone to do anything that I wouldn’t do first. I try to do things right the First time, and we always learn and grow from our mistakes. I like feeling important, as it brings the best out in me and others. If what you want is dedication, I've not missed a day in over 20 years and worked at my previous employer for 25 years before leaving to join the team at Rich’s for the last 4 years. I'm all about working as a team and not an individual as that gets us nowhere! I'd love an opportunity to bring new life and energy and enthusiasm to a team. Let’s all grow together!
