Many years of customer service in the retail industry, as well as ten plus years in automotive and truck diagnosis and repair. I also have five years esperance in diagnosis and repair of home computer systems.
I also have management and supervisory skills obtained from my various retail positions held in the past, as well as that obtained during my 8 1/2 years in the military, U.S. Air Force.
Renting and returning of rental tools and equipment along with cleaning of turn around of the tools and equipment to get them ready for re-rental. My primary responsibility was the taking in of customers malfunctioning tools and equipment into the repair system, then diagnosing the malfunctions. I would then determine if the repairs were warranty eligible, and if the repairs were not, I would work up and estimate of the the repair or repairs would cost. If approved I would then order parts for the tools or equipment, and upon receipt, I would continue with the cleaning and repairs of the tools or the equipment, and when finished, I would call the customers and let them know that their tools or equipment were repaired, tested, and ready for pick up. When we were really busy, I would also assist the fleet repair technician with the diagnosis, ordering of parts, and the repairs of our rental fleet tools and equipment.
