As an Area Sales Manager for Titan Machinery dealerships located in Shakopee, Rogers, and Duluth, MN, my primary role was to drive sales and foster customer relationships across our designated area of responsibility.

Overview:

• In this role I had 12 direct reports, with an annual sales target of approximately $35m.

Highlights:

• Coaching & Employee development- Helped develop a training program to on board new sales employees.
• CRM- Worked closely with the sales team to manage customer relationships and review weekly call reports.
• Full P&L responsibility for the sales organization. Approved all sales transactions, used equipment values, and ordered new equipment to achieve our annual sales plan.
• Vendor Relationships: Managed relationships with Case and other vendors.
• Administrative: Marketing, SOX compliance, trade valuations, inventory management, accounting admin functions.

In this role, I had the opportunity to serve as a General Manager for Titan Machinery's equipment dealerships located in Shakopee and Rogers, MN.

Overview: Case construction dealerships with total revenue of $43m, 55 employees, and p&l responsibility for each location.

Highlights:

• Increased market share from 1.2% to 5.5% through increased.
