As a summer job here at home, I am the pizza delivery driver at a pizzeria in my town. It has taught me a lot about customer service values, how to handle things under pressure, and learn how to deal with problems on the fly.

• Conducted daily cleaning duties, such as mopping floors, washing dishes, and taking out the trash.
• Answered phone calls from customers placing takeout orders.
• Followed proper sanitation protocols when handling food products on the job.
• Processed cash and credit and debit payments accurately using point-of-sale system.
• Loaded delivery vehicle with orders and ensured accuracy of order items.
• Greeted customers upon arrival, took orders and provided product knowledge.

I was an assistant coach for a middle school lacrosse team. Guided and trained inexperienced young players to develop their skills in the sport. Teaching them the fundamentals of the game.

• Motivated players during practices and games using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Enforced rules of conduct among athletes; addressed any disciplinary issues promptly.
• Created a positive learning environment for players to develop their physical and mental abilities in the sport.
