• Oversaw corporate staff safety training programs, fostering professional development and operational excellence.
• Oversaw the re-opening efforts of the cemetery after 3 major South Florida hurricanes in 2004, 2006.

• Oversaw all operational phases of the cemetery and funeral operations in the South Florida area market (Palm Beach, Broward-Fort Lauderdale, Miami-Dade, and Key West), including 18 funeral homes, 3 cemeteries, 2 crematories, and the Central Preparation Facility. Worked directly with the Regional Manager of Florida and Puerto Rico, collaborated with the Jewish and Latino Market Areas.
• Produced Pro-Forma annual budgets, and Mid Year Estimates of revenues, expenses, and capital project funding for all Market locations.
• Coordinated with corporate human resources, legal, and risk management teams on issues affecting the Market, including the merger of funeral home locations, expanding cemetery and crematory projects, and employee incentive programs.
• Developed training programs that enhanced team skills and fostered professional growth.
