-Built a thriving practice offering comprehensive Medically Assisted Treatment for Opioid Dependent patients. Employed 5 physicians and 4 licensed addiction counselors in the endeavor.

-Employed a "Wellness Approach", including comprehensive correction of Opioid Induced hormone deficiencies associated with chronic opioid use and known to hinder recovery.

- Built a comprehensive Wellness Medicine offering in a concierge model for the community.

- Built a home for Chronic Intractable Pain patients utilizing wellness approaches after or as they had exhausted all surgical and interventional pain management offers.

-Built a dynamic, multidisciplinary Physical Medicine and Rehab and Chronic Pain Management clinic- employing two associate physicians, Physical Therapy, and comprehensive Wellness offerings.

-Provided comprehensive Preventive Medicine offerings such as Weight Management, Metabolic Syndrome Management, and Smoking Cessation.

-Provide services for those with Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia

-Coordinated improved collaborations with multidisciplinary team that included M.D.s, D.O.s, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic.

- Offered comprehensive Weight Management and Smoking Cessation
