My team is responsible for helping Shore Capital Partners' portfolio companies design, implement, and execute strategic plans that will maximize their value during the investment period. Our support for each company includes several activities:

• Work with key management, investment team, and Board to optimize and align on key strategic objectives
• Oversee market research for each company to identify strategic threats and opportunities and account for those in the strategic plan
• Design and facilitate a customized annual Strategic Planning Summit with key leaders where everyone discusses and decides on the company strategy as well as the chief objectives for the next 12-18 months
• Year-round strategy implementation and execution support by tracking progress, sharing best practices, and helping the team overcome roadblocks

While Shore Capital has 42 portfolio companies today, we are scaling quickly. I am responsible for building out the processes and systems that will optimize the quality and scale the quantity of engagements we complete each year.

• Leader at the EC with full P&L responsibility for all components of the organization

• Official second-in-command of the organization
• Responsible for overseeing all components of the organization and collaborating with the EC Board, CEO, and Leadership team to create, analyze, and continuously improve EC Strategy
• Built programming that produced 6 successful exits in twelve months, expanded the EC customer base 3X, raised the EC's brand value and activated the local donor and support network
• Grew organizational revenue 65%+ while setting new organizational records for revenue and producing a financial surplus each year.

• Created, implemented, and led a single, cohesive product strategy designed for scale, consistency, and sustainability
• Grew the number of total entrepreneurs served 3X
• Increased the NPS of entrepreneurs 140%, achieving an "excellent" rating of 77
• Grew earned revenue an average of 21% each year
• Grew number of high-growth teams in programs 862% (8 to 77)
• Grew average annual revenue of high-growth program teams at graduation from pre-revenue to $228,000 and average funds raised from $50,000 to $536,000

• Responsible for all startup education and operations across programs
• Led, managed, and usually delivered the entrepreneurship education for all EC programs, more than doubling program participants and creating new programs to serve different entrepreneurial audiences.

• Joined the team as employee #3 and supported all areas of the organization
• Graduated 50 accelerator teams who collectively raised $12M
• Grew Mentor/Advisor program to 200 advisors and 1500 annual meetings.

• Led a record-setting career culminating in the successful management of all PTI Airport area locations, $7 million in annual revenue, 50 employees, and the first-ever company merger of three distinct rental brands.
