  • Learned he basics of how the machinery works that resets the pins, what the engineers and technicians do in response when issues arise, the overall job description and what they must do everyday in preparation for leagues like making sure the lanes have fresh oil applied before the leagues arrive. Helped put up bumpers and take bumpers down upon customers request.

Accomplishments

Took Youth Leadership Throughout High School. Learned what it means to be a leader and the importance of working well with others and treating everyone with respect. Also learned the importance of networking and the idea of “it’s not what you know but who you know”. Additionally, this class taught the importance of written communication, oral communication, and physical communication such as, standing up straight, eye contact, etc. Learned what skills were most in need of development from experience with Youth Leadership.
