As an Industrial Services Manager, provided service to all industrial customers in Eastern Oklahoma, supervised 5 employees, handled negotiations and managed community relations and fundraising. Gained responsibility for 10 established accounts and grew the business to 100 accounts with annual revenues of more than $1 million. At Oneok Drilling Company, developed customers to utilize 12 drilling rigs, completed, received and executed contracts, and partnered with Texaco to execute a successful drilling program in the Arkoma Basin using Texaco’s 14-point Total Quality Management (TQM) program. Received national publicity for being the first drilling contractor to successfully put TQM in the field. Proven successful in developing 100 new customers with sales ranging from $5,000-$5,000,000 per well.
