  • Preventive maintenance program and scheduling routine inspections on production, commodity receiving, corn receiving, and fertilizer receiving.
  • Line up projects with outside contractors. I have gained, and maintained, work relationships per contractor/ company. Meaning, each job is thorough and complete each time with accuracy and quality. My main priority is that jobs are not only followed through with, at the expected time frame, but also are met with quality work that will last in order to ensure future production numbers stay high and accurate without having to "re-fix" issues that have already been resolved.
