Develop valuations on an annual basis on over 6000 rural and urban properties using Vision and Pictometry software. Run multiple different reports in Vision for land valuation analysis, sales analysis. Streamlined building permit report for increased efficiency and accuracy. Site visit all permits to determine progress and value. Physically inspect all sales to verify accuracy of data and update accordingly. Handle all reviews and board cases that are filed by taxpayers in the Northwestern part of Albemarle County. Assist with training new employees on all software platforms as well as field training.

Determined the annual valuation on over 5000 residential properties using the Proval CAMA system as well as Pictometry. Developed base values and projected final values of all properties in the Rehab Program offered by the city. Tracked the progression and added value of building permits.
