Ive mainly worked in restaurants. All different tyoes of variety of food. Ive managed restaurants and worked as a janitor. I started out at Burger King and ended my cooking career with Eddie Romanellies. At Eddie Romanellies i worked every position on the line as well as worked the morning shift doing prep work. I have ti say, my favorite job was my last one as a dishwasher for Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar. I enjoyed the solitude of the job. All I needed to worry about was my dishes. Before Eddie Romanellies, i worked as a Manager of the Saw Mill Resraurant, at Monkey Junction, N.C. The job was to stressfull, so i returned back to Eddie Romanellies.
