John Teofilo

My name is John Teofilo, I am from the Bronx And I recently graduated High school. Here is a little bit about me, As someone who came from a background where there isn't too much opportunity, I've always had the urge to understand how the world works around us and apply that knowledge to make a change. I grew up in the Bronx and from an early age, I've been put through intensive levels of work. I had to help my father in his business while still balancing school and sports. While this does seem stressful, this connected me to having time management skills and knowing how to problem solve at an early age. I knew if I put my mind to something, I could learn from it and succeed. One experience that made me was my father's business, I had to hustle in parks and learn how to sell a product to people even if it was toys, flowers, or water, it still taught me how to communicate with people. Balancing everything so far has also made me good at time management. I'm a hard-working individual and if opportunity is available I always seek to strive.
