As a DLE, I currently perform a variety of duties that support knowledge-testing processes, renewals, duplicates, and suspensions of Pennsylvania commercial and non-commercial driver licenses. Other duties as a DLE include greeting customers as they enter the license center, and conducting driver testing for Pennsylvanians seeking to gain a non-commercial driver license.

As a Human Resource Specialist, my duties were soldier accountability, payroll, strength management, evaluations, awards, promotions, and reductions; I processed needed updates to Soldiers' electronic files (iPERMS). Other duties as an HR Specialist included Soldier Readiness, which involved ensuring that every Soldier was physically and mentally prepared for the mission.
