Responsible for the storage, distribution, inventory management and records maintenance of items in the store.
Manage incoming inventory for distribution through the store and warehouse stock.
Use planners to set up store, quarterly.

• Quality Control
• Handle outgoing sales orders and products
• Verify all items are correctly pulled and listed
• Run software test on all products to assure all passing tests before product shipping
• Maintain a log listing all tested items
• Qualifications 10 years experience in computer and laptop repair, including software testing and loading/reloading operating systems, including Microsoft Windows and Apple OS
• Create and maintain logs in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Return Merchandise Authorization
• Process customer refunds or credits on returned merchandise
• Break down returned units into recyclable pieces and reusable parts
• Maintain logs of customer information pertaining to returned items and steps taken to finish the transaction.
