Before becoming a shipper I was responsible for order assembly and distributing orders to my coworkers for processing, as well as assisted with customer pick up / courier orders.

Responsibilities included assisting couriers for customer pick ups, working problem resolution for shipments with issues. I ran multiple daily reports in order to perform inventory adjustments, cycle counts and corrected problem shipments that were staged in our problem resolution area. I was also responsible for monitoring the department, once the supervisors shift was complete and ensuring that all the daily tasks were completed and that all shipments scheduled to ship that day were processed.
